How fast can we go live?
For cities we already cover, most partners are dispatching live within a few working days — an API key or dashboard access, a rate card, and a short pilot. New cities take a little longer while we stand up fleet and dark-store capacity.
Is the whole fleet electric?
Our metros run predominantly on EV two- and three-wheelers, and we report the exact share and emissions avoided in your weekly dashboard. Where EV coverage is still building in a city, we bridge with conventional vehicles and convert as charging infrastructure comes online.
Do you handle COD and returns?
Yes. We collect COD with T+1 reconciliation, and handle the full reverse leg — doorstep quality checks, exchanges and pickups — under your brand, with proof of delivery on every leg.
What volumes do you take on?
From a single SME booking a rider for the afternoon to enterprise quick-commerce running hundreds of thousands of drops a month. Pricing scales with volume, and on-demand booking is pay-as-you-go with no lock-in.
How do we track deliveries?
